Student Impact Fund

The Student Impact Fund (SIF) was established during the 2017 – 2018 academic year in order to provide funding support to student projects and organizations that significantly contribute to UC Merced student success as well as to fund annually the Community Service Award.

The goal of the Board is to work towards endowing the fund so that students may benefit from it in perpetuity.

All requests for Student Impact Funds are directed to the UFC Board and shall reflect a response to a recognized and unmet student need.

In just the first year, Student Impact Funds were utilized to fund the Community Service Award as well as the UFC Guardian Scholars Welcome Packages.
